Title IX Intermediate Investigator Training
This training is for investigators who are looking to further develop their skills in conducting investigations. The training is best suited for those who have received the introductory training, Conducting Fair and Thorough Trauma Informed Investigations or for practitioners who have three or more years of experience. This Intermediate training will provide a more in depth look into the investigative process and strategy for conducting investigation and building your report with the decision maker in mind.
Overview of topics:
This virtual event will be held via live webinar over the course of two days. The agenda includes:
• Understanding regulatory requirements as they relate to investigators,
• Identifying the purpose, objective, and goal for the investigation,
• Developing an investigative strategy,
• Executing a compliant, thorough, unbiased, and fair investigation, and
• Building the report with the decision-maker in mind.
