- Pre-hearing preparation tasks, including issue identification and tips for preparing questions.
- Tips and an overview of techniques for questioning during a hearing, including through cross examination and the decision maker.
- The role of the hearing advisor and tips on how to discuss the Title IX process with an advisee.
