Megan Altman-Cosgrove is a Senior Solutions Specialist at Grand River Solutions. She previously served as the Title IX Coordinator for Niagara University. In her previous role, Megan conducted and oversaw Title IX investigations as well as investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation involving students, staff and faculty. She led trainings for students, faculty, staff, and hearing panels on these topics.
Prior to her work at Niagara University, Megan was a Deputy Title IX Coordinator at Daemen University where she conducted Title IX investigations as well as investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She trained their hearing board members as well as student population on Title IX and discrimination. In this role she also served as the Assistant Director for Residence Life and oversaw the student conduct system.

Megan received her Masters of Science in Executive Leadership and Change with a focus on Higher Education and her Bachelor of Science from Daemen University.

Megan lives in Western New York and loves the Buffalo Bills.
