Grand River Solutions is thrilled to announce that nationally recognized expert Kateeka Harris will be joining our team as a Senior Solutions Specialist. Kateeka is the previous past president for the Association for Student Conduct Administration, where she also oversaw their diversity and inclusion efforts. She has nearly two decades of experience in higher education at four year and two–year colleges and universities, most recently serving as the District Title IX Compliance Officer for the Tarrant County College District.

In addition to her Title IX and student conduct work, Kateeka’s higher education experience includes multicultural program administration, undergraduate admissions, and dispute resolution. She has spent her tenure in higher education assessing cultural climate, drafting diversity curriculum, coordinating programs, and facilitating trainings on equity and inclusion and human resources. Kateeka has a passion for alternative dispute resolution and has certification in advanced mediation, and arbitration. Before transitioning into higher education, Kateeka worked in the Juvenile Justice System, where she implemented the Court’s Victim Offender, Truancy, and Family mediation program. Committed to equal access and inclusion, student success and conflict resolution, Kateeka will be a valuable asset to the team at Grand River Solutions.
