Title IX & Equity Investigator Training—Analysis Workshop

Under the 2024 Title IX regulations, colleges and universities now have the option to have their investigator or Title IX Coordinator conduct analysis and make determinations.

This four-hour workshop will build upon the knowledge and skills learned during the Investigator Fact Finding Training and help attendees hone their skills on analysis and making determinations.  Attendees will work through and review fact patterns and develop a strategy for drafting sound analysis.

 This training has a suggested prerequisite of attending the Fact Finding Investigator Training.
