Even as Title IX has been prominent in the news, the Clery Act and its related Higher Education Act obligations have seen profound change over the past decade, with new and rescinded guidance, and advanced insight into the approach of the Department of Education.
In this training series, presented by Joseph Storch, we will cover the waterfront on these critical campus safety laws. The content will be appropriate for anyone from a brand-new beginner to a seasoned Clery compliance professional and will be discussed in an accessible way aimed at providing practical guidance to raise capacity.

ABOUT OUR FACILITATORS
Joseph Storch
Joseph is a nationally recognized thought leader on the Clery Act, Title IX, student affairs, and due/fair process. Joe has trained thousands of higher education professionals across the country in Clery Act compliance and served as a trusted expert federal and state legislators and staff. Joe has provided nearly 700 digital and live conference presentations and training sessions to tens of thousands of higher education professionals in 30 U.S. states. He founded and oversaw the SUNY Student Conduct Institute, which offers compliance and best practice training annually to thousands of higher education professionals engaged in response to violence and conduct violations.
Adam Wolkoff
Adam has designed and delivered live and virtual training programs for thousands of higher education professionals on how to conduct investigations and adjudications that meet and exceed the requirements of due process, Title IX, and the Clery Act. Adam developed a first-of-its-kind casebook of student conduct and Title IX decisions, drafted model policies, templates, and guidance documents, and was co-editor of the Joint Guidance on Federal Title IX Regulations in 2020.
