This 2-hour training will help participants cultivate a respectful and responsive culture for reporting within their campus communities by exploring strategies that reframe institutional obligations as empowering collaborative efforts. Participants will learn how to engage faculty, staff, administrators, and leadership in building a shared commitment to preventing and responding to incidents of harassment and discrimination.
The session will also review models of employee-reporting structures and provide guidance on how to effectively collaborate with confidential employees. Through real-world examples, scenarios, and discussion, participants will gain insights into creating a more transparent, responsive, and trust-centered reporting environments.
